Kenson Investments needed a mobile app that made digital asset management feel as approachable as a traditional investment platform, while still handling the security expectations that come with financial software holding real money.

I built the React Native front end and worked closely with the Node.js service layer powering account data, holdings, and transaction history.

Investors needed a secure, straightforward way to manage digital assets, without the complexity most crypto platforms bury them in. The tension was real: financial apps need rigorous security, but every extra step in that security tends to work against a simple, confident user experience — the app had to hold both at once.

The front end is built in React Native on top of a Node.js service layer, with secure authentication and encrypted handling of account and transaction data as non-negotiable baseline requirements. From there, the priority was restraint: a clear portfolio view and straightforward investment tools, rather than piling on features that would dilute trust in a product handling people's money.

Kenson Investments is live on the App Store and Google Play as the platform's investment management app, giving users a secure, no-nonsense way to track and manage their digital assets from their phone.
